- Interface for final coding when original LED headlights have been retrofitted
- suitable for the following vehicles:
- Smart 453 fourtwo
- Smart 453 fourfour
- Simply connect the adapter (dongle) to the OBD interface of the vehicle - done!
- The interface adjusts the retrofit fully automatically to the existing vehicle coding
- If fog lights are installed they are also activated as turning lights
Selectable Option:
- Version 1 (parking light via the old turn signals)
- Version 2 (new version like vehicles from model year 2019)*
Scope of delivery:
- 1x coding dongle
Note:
- the coding interface can only be used for one vehicle
- For vehicles before model year 2019, the software version of the BCM must be checked and updated if necessary.
- Only suitable for vehicles up to model year 2020, model year 2021 on request
- additionally item number 44895 must be used
- The use of dongles to retrofit LED headlights may result in the expiry of your vehicle's operating licence, the refusal of an operating licence for your vehicle or require an operating licence as part of the vehicle. If you have any questions, please contact the responsible registration authorities or the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
