- Specific cable set for retrofitting original fog lights for VW Passat CC
- The fog lights are not included in the delivery and are additionally required
- In order to be able to switch the headlamps separately from the rear fog lamp, a two-stage light switch is still needed, due to the variety of variants please refer to a VW dealer via specific vehicle data
- A fog light retrofit sometimes requires the replacement of the on-board power supply control unit

- After installation, the vehicle must be coded on the fog lights - please contact a VW partner
- Note for article no. 38118 (from 2011): Please check whether the BCM onboard supply control unit (3 plugs with 52 pins each) is equipped with plug contacts in the following positions:
- Connector C (beige) - PIN 25
- Connector A (Black) - PIN 25
- If there are no contacts, the BCM must be replaced
